On June 29th Saturday noon, several students of the GRV PU College were engrossed in cooking without fire. Our young students showcased their culinary skills as they made some scrumptious dishes for the "Fireless Cooking" event. Mouthwatering dishes like salads with fruits and vegetables, bhel puri, sandwiches, biscuit, chocolate pudding and other delicious desserts, were competing with one another. Mixing the ingredients, adding the flavors and eating together was the highlight of the event.
Mrs. Kaveri Roja and Mrs. Shivashankari Venkat were the Lecturer from Computer Science who had organized the event. Nearly 42 teams participated in this competition. The dishes were judged by Mrs. Poonam Gururaj (Secretary of GRV Group of Institution), Mrs. Megha Uppal (Co-ordinator of GRV School) and Dr. Priya Ponmurugan (Principal of GRV PU College). Most innovative dishes were kept for display to GRV School & PU students.
