Awareness programme on cyber security was conducted in GRV PU College on 31st July 2024. The objective of the programme was to educate students and staff about the importance of cyber security, online safety and best practices to protect against cyber threats.
Sub-inspector Mr. Pratab and Sub-inspector Mr. Natraj from RT Nagar police station explained about the types of cyber threats and gave online safety tips. They told to be cautious when clicking on links and downloading attachments and report the suspicious emails to the IT Departments. It was a useful and informative programme for everyone.
