On June 21, 2024 GRV PU COLLEGE observed International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and zeal. The event aimed to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being among students, faculty, and staff.
The program commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Priya Ponmurugan Principal of GRV PU College. A yoga session was conducted by a certified yoga instructor from ESHA Foundation, who led the participants through various asanas and breathing techniques. Over 100 students and staff members participated in the session, which focused on stress relief, flexibility, and relaxation. The event also included a lecture on the benefits of yoga and its importance in daily life. The program concluded with a vote of thanks.
