International Yoga Day celebrated at GRV PU college on 21 June 2025 with great enthusiasm and zeal. The event was organized to promote physical and mental well-being among students and teachers. A special yoga session was conducted by the yoga instructor Aarthi, who guided the students and teachers through various yoga asana and breathing exercises. The students actively participated in the yoga session, showcasing their flexibility, balance and focus. The event provided an opportunity for the students to learn about the benefits of yoga and its importance in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
