GRV PU College celebrated the 63rd Kannada Rajyotsava on 30/11/2018 with great zeal. God Bhuvaneshwari Pooja was held in the morning followed by the flag hosting. The cultural programme was started by singing Nada Geethe "Jaya Bharatha Jananiya Tanu Jathe", by Mrs. Roopa and welcome speech was given by Mrs. Nandini.
Mr. Gururaj Mansabdar (President of GRV), Mrs. Poonam Gururaj (Secretary of GRV), Mr. Munir Ahmad (Academic Director of GRV BMA), Mrs. Kalpana Jnanashekar (GRV School Principal), Mrs. Priya Ponmurugan (GRV PU College Principal) inaugurated the celebration with lighting of the lamp. Mrs. Kalpana Jnanashekar gave the speech about importance of learning Kannada. Mrs. Padmavathy, told about the significance of celebrating Kannada Rajyotsava, students enthralled the audience by dancing to the Kannada songs. Through the skit they showed the importance of speaking Kannada language. The president of GRV group of institution Mr. Gururaj shared his opinion about Kannada Rajyotsava. The programme concluded with the rendition of our national Anthem.
