"Poetry is the core of literature."
To spread the fragrance of poetry among the students, a recitation competition was held in English, Kannada & Hindi on 30th Aug, 2019 in GRV PU College. This competition was conducted to expand student's experience and exposure to poetry. Keeping the various aspects of poetry, the participants came up with the poems of famous English, Kannada and Hindi poets. The students enthusiastically participated in the competition as they got an opportunity to exhibit their talent and confidence. Many students recited the poems composed by them.
It was heart-warming to see amazing performances which indeed was a result of hours of practice. English, Kannada and Hindi teachers judged the competition. The Winners were applauded and praised for their capability by our judges and supervisor.
