A teacher, a scholar, a philosopher, India's first Vice-President and second President, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan is the man to whom India's Teachers' Day is dedicated.

GRV PU students of First Year & Second Year, celebrated Teacher's day on 5th September 2018 at the GRV auditorium with zeal & zest. It was an auspicious day for students to mark the birth of the great teacher Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. An eventful cultural program was conducted by the students in which they paid homage to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan's work and expressed their gratitude & appreciation for their teachers through poems & speeches. Students felicitated teachers with bouquet & gifts. Students also presented an excellent PPT which touched the heart of the audience. Apart from this, students also conducted various games for the teachers and distributed prizes to the winners. Management supported all the activities and provided a grand lunch for the teachers on this occasion.
