We celebrate Teachers' Day every year throughout the country on 5th September. Students express their gratitude and appreciation for their teachers on this day. This day is dedicated to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan - Second President of India. The great academic philosopher, and one of the most well-known diplomats, scholar, President of India and above all a teacher. As a tribute to this great teacher, his birthday has been observed as teachers' day.

The function was inaugurated with lamp lighting by the Chief Guest Mrs. Poonam Gururaj, Administrator of GRV Group of Institutions and Principal Dr. Priya Ponmurugan. The Chief Guest gave the speech about the significance of the function is to show respect to our Gurus who dispel darkness and ignorance around us.
Students felicitated the Lecturers with gifts & they organized games for the Lecturers. They conducted various programs for the Lecturers like Dance, Song, Skit, etc. All teachers enjoyed and appreciated the program. Program concluded with Principal's address. Principal extended his heartiest thanks to all students on behalf of staff. He also appreciated the new prefects for their successful coordination.
The management provided lunch and gifts to all lecturers.
