A workshop on mental health was organized by the management of GRV GROUP OF INSTITUTION on 11th Feb 2023 in the college auditorium for the school teacher and the lecturers of degree & PU College as a faculty development programme.
Workshop was headed by Mr. Vishwanathan (Psychotherapist) an experienced mental health counselor. The presentation was based on mental health awareness and he also conducted a few activities related to the same. He explained about how to handle stress, related to other and make choices. He told how to develop the positive character and the programme was extremely fruitful to our faculties.
