On 10 July, GRV PU College hosted an insightful workshop on Stress Management, led by an expert psychologist to help students navigate academic pressure and personal anxiety. The facilitator guided attendees through interactive self-assessments to identify individual stress triggers and introduced practical cognitive-behavioral strategies to reframe negative thought patterns. Students actively participated in live demonstrations of mindfulness routines, deep-breathing methods, and actionable time-management techniques designed to fit into a busy student schedule. The session concluded with an engaging Q & A segment, leaving the participants with a personalized coping toolkit to confidently maintain their mental well-being and academic focus throughout the academic year.
